Remember that 14-inning Red Sox victory in the championships just a couple weeks ago? It ain't over till it's over. I'm still in Palm Beach County, getting ready to head for the airport and fly back to NYC. As of now, the Ohio provisional ballots still hold Kerry's remaining hopes. Thank you, John Edwards, for that late-night affirmation of the K/E campaign's promise: "Every vote counts, and every vote will be counted."

the right idea. We knew our struggle wouldn't end after this election, no matter which man was in the White House. Nixon had two terms, and so did Reagan; the country suffered but survived. We shall overcome, etc.
I'm quite surprised about Florida, and will be on the lookout for any stories of voting-machine weirdness or other stuff. I won't call it fraud without at least some evidence.
If Bush does end up finally winning his first legitimate presidential victory, the only silver lining I can see right now is that it will be a very good four years for my favorite political revolutionary-slash-electropop star, Maxx Klaxon.
